We calculated the convergence of the economy and developed an omnichannel strategy with the KPI being the number of pairs of shoes purchased through the client’s online store. By tracking various types of conversion, understanding their relationship and contribution to the final outcome, we were able to fulfill the sales plan and significantly increase the share of online sales.
