GOAL

Fulfill the plan for online ticket sales for the new fares within restricted CPO.

WHAT WE DID

We understood that we needed to strictly follow CPO and we were aware of a big share of sales based on branded requests and purchases through cash terminals in station areas, so we developed a combination of creative videos and animated banners, integration of the new fare grid into the content of opinion leaders, and systematic support for online sales through the channels of contextual and targeted advertising.
